Mission Statement

The mission of the William Paton Public Library is to provide information, materials and service to all people regardless of sex, race, age, creed, economic or education level. Our primary goal is to purchase, organize, and make accessible all print and non-print materials while guaranteeing intellectual freedom and giving guidance to their use.
